The opening episode of series two of Skins left a lot to be desired… To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.
But to my immense delight, the second episode was amazing. It saw the introduction of Maxxie’s stalker, Sketch.
She is so wonderfully twisted, psychopathic, weird, crazy… The scene where she was writhing on Maxxie’s bed while wearing his shirt and boxers was uncomfortable viewing but it was probably one of the most explicit scenes to be shown on the show. Then the way she got Shane Ritchie wrongly convicted and poisoned Michelle and slapped Maxxie and wow… Thank you E4, thank you very much.
Also, Osama The Musical – sheer brilliance.
Last week’s episode made me cry though…
